iPad with 4G LTE burns through data

If you have been going through the information about iPads, you would have heard about how practically USA being the only country that supports iPads 4G LTE. What you might not know is how ridiculously low the data cap is on their plans. For those who do not know, here is the basic info about the plan with 4G LTE below.

Isn't that really low? And you know what is worst? Bursting that limit within a day. Wall Street Journal reports Verizon user Brandon Wells was on the 2GB plan. After a few hours of watching basketball streamed to his iPad, his full 2GB was gone, and he is now stuck paying $10 for each GB extra used. Many other users on various forums are reporting similar issues.

Singapore iPad users may lament that we do not have a 4G LTE network, but when you look at such things happening in the US, it makes you wonder how long it will take us to burn through our plans, even when we have 10GB.
