Interestingly enough, only M1 is providing the iPad without any contract, though they do not have a multi-sim plan. On the flip side, Singtel and Starhub provide subsidy prices for multi-sim but none for direct purchase without contract.
However 1 big minus point for Singtel and Starhub is the excess data cap where they seem to be hoping that people will make use of the new data speeds and forget about their data usage, blowing up to $90+/mth, while M1 sticks to their guns and maintains $30/mth. Considering the excess data cap and considering that lesser people will be on M1's network, which essentially means faster speeds, non believers might really consider to go on M1 purely for the iPad.
